Here is a list of our current prices. If you cannot see what you are looking for then please email and we will customise what you are looking for and provide costs. We always provide a work agreement before work commences.

For full assessments, only half the cost is payable on initial contact and the remainder after the draft report is provided. For all other work, payment is due at the time of the work or session.

Clinical Supervision

Educational Psychology assessments are usually between £1000 and £1200 depending on the age of the young person

(6 years and under are usually costed at the lower price point as standardised assessments do not form a usual part of this piece of work, Of course this can be added as deemed appropriate by the EP and parents or school, and depending on the purpose of the work being completed.

In all cases, assessments include consultations with parent, school and the young person and additional stakeholders as appropriate. Observations and work/activity tasks are completed as part of the onsite work in schools or provisions. Time spent onsite is usually the majority of a school day and allows us to gain a real sense of the young person in their usual environment, in different subjects and across different parts of the day. The report is provided at the end of this work.

As we are aware that having an EP assessment is a big commitment in financial terms, we have built in an instalment payment option to make this more workable for our families, and schools.

Prices for Play Therapy are based on at least 6 to 8 sessions. A consultation is required at the start and end of the work for agreement for work to commence. Additional sessions to 8 can be completed depending on needs of the young person involved.

Sessions are £60 per session (40 min in session time, 60 mins onsite) and £100 to include both meetings at the start and conclusion of the work.

A summary report can be provided at the end of work for an additional agreed cost.
